The last five years have seen a total transformation at kitchen appliance retailer RDO, as they have found new ways to diversify and overcome the challenges of the recession, as well as setting up a multichannel approach to their business. At the heart of their business plan is the new state-of-the-art showroom in Reigate, which has recently won first place at the ERT (Electrical Retail Trade) awards last year, and was voted the best domestic appliance showroom in the UK.
